The space
The loft occupies the ground floor of a former factory, carefully restored using premium materials. The double-height ceilings and oversized windows create a bright, generous atmosphere that impresses from the moment you walk in. Solid wood parquet floors and high-end finishes run throughout, adding warmth and coherence to the whole space.
The ground floor is the heart of the loft: a large living area, a dining room anchored by a spectacular 8-metre solid wood table, a fully-equipped open kitchen and a pool table — all within a single open-plan volume flooded with natural light.
Upstairs, the bedrooms. The main suite is a spacious and peaceful room with a private en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms follow the loft philosophy: built into the mezzanine structure and open to the central volume above, they have the immersive, one-of-a-kind character that only a well-restored industrial space can offer.
