Only 900 meters from the beach (Mambia beach, see photo), enjoy a stay under the sign of sun, sea and relaxation, in a quiet and green environment.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby and has all the necessary comforts for a holiday with family, couple or friends.

The 80 m² house comprises:

- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds
- 1 bathroom
- an equipped kitchen
- a comfortable living area
- an outdoor terrace
- a secure private swimming pool by an alarm
- a carbet/pergola to enjoy meals and moments of relaxation outside
- a barbecue
- a parking space

For your comfort, the villa also has a drinking water reserve with a 2,200-litre cistern and booster, a particularly valuable equipment in Guadeloupe.
