À propos de cette location de vacances
Bring everyone and still have room to breathe. This all-brick home in Preakness pairs a spacious 5-bedroom main house with a fully equipped detached guest house, so your group can be together all day and have their own space at night.
The main house (5 bedrooms, 3 full baths)
Step through the grand foyer into a flexible front room and separate dining area, then on to the open-concept living room and kitchen. The oversized island is where everyone ends up, whether it's for breakfast, board games, or late-night snacks. A walk-in pantry holds groceries for a long stay, and a wide window over the sink looks out on the backyard.
A bedroom and full bath on the main level are ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers to skip the stairs.
Upstairs, the primary suite is a retreat of its own, with a fireplace, separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Three more bedrooms, a full bath, a media room for movie nights, and an oversized laundry room complete the second floor.
The guest house
Just steps from the main home, the guest house has its own bedroom, kitchen, and full bath. A separate flex room works as an office, gym, or hangout space. It's a good fit for in-laws, a second family, or anyone who wants a little extra privacy.
Outside
The covered back porch overlooks a green, sodded backyard, with room for morning coffee, dinner outdoors, or an evening with friends.
Location
You'll have easy access to McDonough, Conyers, and Covington for dining, shopping, and local attractions.
