Welcome to our family home, a classic white-brick colonial on a big, tree-shaded lot in College Station. It's an easy drive to Texas A&M, Kyle Field, Reed Arena and Northgate, so you can spend game-day morning by the pool and still make kickoff.

There's room for everyone: 3,700 sq. ft., 6 BRs with three king beds, 3 full and 2 half baths, and a formal dining table that seats 10.

• Quiet study with a desk and bookshelves for anyone who has to work. It could also be home to an air mattress for additional sleeping needs

You'll have the entire home and backyard to yourselves. The backyard shed and one owner's closet are locked and off-limits; the treehouse and playset are yours to enjoy. Free parking for 6–7 cars in the driveway (in tandem) plus free street parking out front. No garage access.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We call it "Aggieland Oasis." It's our family's primary home, not a hotel, and we rent it only on special weekends. You'll find it stocked like a home: real coffee, spices, beach towels for the pool, and a few board games. The pool and treehouse are unsupervised - adults must watch kids at all times. Each stay has a 2-night minimum.

We're a local College Station family who has hosted for 12 years: a 4.93-star rating across 27 reviews on another major listing platform, and 14 VRBO reviews on our other two previously owned Aggieland homes (rated 10.0 and 9.6). We open our home only on big weekends, so it's kept like a home, not a rental.
