Welcome to White Sands Beach Cottages! Four separate cottages and one duplex, each with its own personality, are grouped together on one property. Each unit has its own kitchen and dining area, bedroom(s), and bathroom. Each unit also has a sleeper couch, allowing more flexibility when housing a large family:

Orange Blossom has 2 bedrooms with 2 sleeper sofas and sleeps a maximum of 8

Aqua Tides #4 has 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa and sleeps a maximum of 4

Aqua Tides #5 has 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa and sleeps a maximum of 4

Turquoise Mermaid has 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa and sleeps a maximum of 4

Lemon Tree has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa and sleeps a maximum of 6

Blue Lagoon has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa and sleeps a maximum of 6

All together, this property sleeps a maximum of 32 guests, perfect for a family reunion, a beach wedding, or a friend group.

White Sands Beach Cottages are all newly renovated, combining old Florida charm with high-end furnishings. The cottages are located literally just steps from the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. These cottages are right in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Cozy coffee shops, a funky sandwich shack, a French bakery, mouth-watering seafood restaurants, a sports bar, and an ice cream parlor are all less than a mile away! White Sands Beach Cottages are the perfect beach place for your group.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Each unit has 1 reserved parking place. There is no guest parking.
