Guest Verification & Security



To help protect our property and meet local requirements, the primary guest must complete a quick identity verification process before arrival. This includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, signing the rental agreement, and completing a background check when applicable. All information is securely handled and used only for verification purposes.



Please complete verification within **24 hours of booking** (or **within 1 hour for same-day arrivals**). Reservations that are not verified may be canceled. For added security, hallway cameras are in use, and an indoor Minut device monitors noise levels without recording audio.



Damage Protection



Each reservation includes a **$69 Damage Protection Plan**, which covers up to **$150 in accidental, non-intentional property damage**.



Garage Parking Information



On-site garage parking is available upon request:



•1–7 nights:** $30 per night

•8+ nights:** $150 flat fee



All vehicles must be registered online every 24 hours to prevent towing. Parking is limited to **one vehicle per reservation**, and oversized trucks are not permitted in the garage.



Valet Trash Service Schedule



To maintain a clean and welcoming community, our team will briefly access the garage to manage trash containers during the following times:



•Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM):** Bins are placed outside.

•Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM):** Bins are returned inside.
