THE ROOFTOP
The rooftop is where your group will spend most of its time. Spread out on the outdoor sofas and egg chairs, catch the game on the 55" Smart TV, and keep drinks cold in the beverage fridge at the kitchenette. Pull up a seat at the dining table for 8 or along the bar ledge, and keep the competition going with cornhole.

When the sun goes down, the string lights and LED accent lighting come on and the firepit gets going. It's the perfect spot to gather as a group and unwind.

PETS
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $150 per dog, per stay. Pets must be disclosed before check-in. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Pet Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $25 fee will be charged for each pile of waste left on the property or in shared common areas.


Guests have access to the entire townhome, including the private rooftop.

Parking: 2-car garage, plus a guest lot with 10 spaces shared with the 8 other townhomes in the complex (first come, first served). We recommend limiting your group to 3 vehicles.

We're a local Nashville team and always just a message away. We typically respond within an hour, and we'll send check-in instructions and everything you need 3 days before you arrive.

Minimum age to book per Nashville law is 21. Host reserves the right to request ID verification.

This is a 4-level townhome with stairs between each floor and no elevator. The nearest bathroom to the rooftop is one flight down on the 3rd floor.

The washer and dryer are located inside the walk-in closet of Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor, so please coordinate laundry with the guests staying in that room.

DECORATIONS: Using tape, nails, or adhesives on the walls to hang decorations is prohibited as they damage the paint. Freestanding decorations are welcome! No confetti or glitter, please. Guests will be charged for any wall damage or excess cleaning.

The 10-space guest parking lot is SHARED with the 8 other townhomes in the complex, which may be occupied by other groups during your stay.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Keep exterior noise down, especially on the rooftop, and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
