The Space:

Bike Apartment is a year-round, 39 m² apartment accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it features a studio-style layout in which the living, sleeping and cooking areas come together in one practical, open space.



The living area features a 54-inch TV with access to Prime Video, a JBL Bar sound system and a ceiling fan. The wood-burning stove adds a cosy touch, making the apartment particularly inviting on cooler days.



The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee machine. Guests will also find a mixer, a cafetière, a drip coffee maker, cookware, tableware, wine glasses and a dining table. Coffee and tea are included in the stay.



The sleeping area offers a 140 cm double bed and a double sofa bed. Storage and bedroom amenities include a wardrobe, bedside table, clothes hangers, blankets, synthetic pillows and blackout curtains.



The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer and basic toiletries, including shower gel, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. A washing machine is also available, along with an iron and ironing board.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a desk for remote working, a vacuum cleaner and a first-aid kit.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. Self check-in is available via a key lockbox.



Cyclists can use a lockable basement storage area equipped with bicycle racks and a bike pump. Bikes can be washed outside the building, next to the hand-operated well. Guidebooks and maps are also available on site.



There is no dedicated parking space assigned to the apartment. An alternative parking area is located directly opposite the building.



Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Firewood is provided free of charge.

Getting Around:

The apartment is located in a historic, approximately 500-year-old tenement building.



Please note that the apartment can feel cool and damp throughout the year, so we recommend bringing warm clothing, regardless of the season. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, which requires guests to light and tend the fire during their stay.



The apartment is situated directly on a street paved with cobblestones, so passing traffic and street noise can be heard inside. Guests who are sensitive to noise should take this into consideration when planning their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Parties and smoking inside the apartment or anywhere on the property are not permitted.
