Enjoy your stay in this cozy downstairs unit that is close to everything. It's a downstairs unit with lots of windows and natural light. Super centrally located in Pensacola, 3 min. drive to the airport, downtown and shopping. Pensacola Beach is an easy 20 minute drive with none of that GB traffic :) NAS is a 30 min drive.
There is a big closet and a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. There is no backyard access. The place is comfortable and safe.
The upstairs unit is a short term rental. There are no shared spaces.
