Welcome to Sea Glass Shore, your Gulf Coast home base in the heart of Orange Beach. Just 5 minutes to the beach, the Wharf, Orange Beach Sportsplex, and great restaurants, this brand new, beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sleeps 8 comfortably and puts you right in the middle of everything. Parking is available for 3 cars (one compact garage space + 2 spots in the driveway).

The home:
The main level features an open-concept living, dining, half bath, and kitchen area perfect for the whole group to gather after a day on the beach. The living area includes a sleeper sofa. Step outside to your private outdoor space with a charcoal grill for evening cookouts.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy and separation from the main living area. The primary suite features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms serve all three upstairs bedrooms. The home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Good to know before your book:
- Construction is ongoing in the community through fall 2026
- This home is on a grinder pump system, only toilet paper can be flushed and no grease or food scraps down the drains. Misuse causes serious damage and costs will be charged to the guest.
- There is a video doorbell installed at the front entrance and monitors the exterior entry area only. No cameras are inside the home. The device is active during your stay for the security of the property.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including patios and driveway. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in an additional cleaning fee charge.
- All internet and networking equipment (router, modem, and any related devices) must remain plugged in, powered on, and untampered with at all times.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
