Nice and clean unit with self contained kitchen. Location away from township was great, and located in lovely setting by wetlands.

Nothing

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was especially nice.

We had some issues getting into our room when we first arrived at the hotel because the key card didn’t work. We were all tired (especially with kids)after traveling and had a lot of luggage, so it was quite disappointing and inconvenient. When I mentioned to the staff member that we had a lot of luggage, she offered to help us carry it. However, she only helped with one bag and then left the rest for us to carry. Given the situation, I expected a little more assistance and attention from the staff.
