Accent Inns Burnaby

We stayed for a total of four nights at Accent Inns Burnaby during our trip to Vancouver. At first, we were a little concerned that the distance from Downtown Vancouver would be inconvenient, but it turned out to be much easier than expected. The Gilmore SkyTrain station (in Zone 2) was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so it was easy to get around. Another station in Zone 1 was only 17 minutes away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we really appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly. Even though we didn’t have a dog with us, it was always nice to see dogs around the lobby every once in a while! :) The lobby was also a pleasant space, with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A couple of things that could be improved: - There was no complimentary bottled water in the rooms. However, we could refill our water bottles in the lobby or gym, so it wasn’t a very big issue. - It also would have been nice to have some kind of breakfast option, even if it were a simple continental breakfast. - It is possible to rent bikes for free but only for 4 hours. If it had been longer, we would have loved to explore the city on bike.

Large parking spot, well located within walking distance from public transport. The rooms was large. Nice welcome pack with all the necessary to prepare coffee in our room. Burger restaurant available in the building.

Toilet was a little out of date but still works and clean

Paper thing walls but I enjoyed a peace and quiet night and had a good sleep.

No et and dry separation in a bathroom， Some miscommnication between booking.com and the hotel regarding my reservation and cancellation which lead to confusion and loss of time.
