Everything is always great at this hotel. Its our preferred place to stay in Calgary.
The drop off area is always poorly managed. I know the valet attendants do the best they can but there should be zero parking of vehicles up front unless they are unloading or loading in 10 mins.

Valet parking is quite expensive

Location, clean spacious room, friendly staff
No coin laundering even though it’s advertised and also in hotel lifts
Pictures do not represent the pool size, it’s small and not really a pool
