Price and relatively convenient

The bed was too small and too soft, while the room is quite big, it wasn’t very comfortable

Room was spacious.

Originally online was booked King Suite, which allowed dogs, but latter we were told that dog allowed only in Quin Suite, where we stayed. Bed was small and had only one night stand, which is not comfortable for 2 people. Mosquito and fly was in the room.

The room is very clean, the washroom got organized shampoo, lotion and body wash, the floor is very nice looking. Nice LG TV & table & chair. Beautiful & comfortable king size bed and folded very nicely.

Air conditioning a bit loud, the ceiling is kind of separate pieces. The window is a bit small and the curtain one side was falling a bit.

Property is okay, no problems. Clean room, HOWEVER I had the worst customer service experience at this hotel out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at!

At check-in, the front desk gave me a key to a room that was completely different from the one I had booked! I reserved a room with two queen beds for four guests, but the room they gave me had only one bed! I went back to the front desk and told them that they had given me the wrong room. However, their response was that they did not have a room available for me! This was completely unacceptable! The hotel blamed the booking platform for not informing me that the hotel was undergoing renovations, and then they offered me another room that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR! I had already paid 100% of my reservation, and, absurdly, they wanted me to pay even more for another room because they could not provide the room I had originally booked and paid for! I was not asking for anything beyond what I had originally booked, and the hotel itself had confirmed my reservation! I never received any communication whatsoever from either the hotel or the booking platform regarding this issue. They told me they had no way to accommodate me, that they did not have the room I had reserved, and that they would TRY TO FIND ACCOMMODATION FOR ME AT ANOTHER HOTEL NEARBY! I refused and told them that they would either have to provide an additional bed for the room or give me another room with another double/queen bed. Eventually, after some time, they miraculously managed to find another room for me with one queen bed, but as a result, my family had to stay in separate rooms for the entire stay!
