Very clean, super comfy beds, lots of space in our room

Location is great. Staff were fantastic - very attentive and polite. Room size is good with kitchenette- nice!

Rooms could use an update. Cleanliness was just ok.

Beautiful hotel

Location was great, space was good, beds comfy, showers good, price OK. Some staff were friendly.

It needs updating. The rooms specifically could do with a refurb and the pool area. Jacuzzi did not work, reported it twice and they kept promising to send someone to fix it but nothing happened. Even a staff member told us, they are not listened to when they report things so encouraged us to do so instead. We called reception for help to work the stove top, waited 1 hour for someone to come - no one arrived! Sofa bed was meant to be made up on arrival, it wasn’t, the porter then put it out and grabbed a spare blanket from the bedroom as bedding! No duvet given until we asked. It all felt a bit ‘not good enough’. Would I stay again? Maybe, if the price was right as I know what I’m getting for the cost.
