It’s clean.

Clean, laundry machine on site, complimentary coffee machine, extremely responsive and helpful staff

Clean enough, wish the outside matched the inside, a bit run down outside
The area was a cell reception dead zone, but worse the hotel WiFi was frustrating non-existent. And the bed was way too soft. And you could hardly hear the TV even at the loudest setting. The freezer part of the fridge didn’t work and didn’t realize until it was too late. The room was dark and somber.
