I loved the staff from the cooks to the desk clerk. And they made sure that room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen. Breakfast was good as well. And Chi chi was breathe of fresh air. Keep up good work . We will be back.

I booked the room and was suppose to check in at 4, no one was there to check me in. I was waiting outside for almost 2 hours and the host did no accommodations for being so late. It was extremely hot outside and my phone died. That was a horrible experience. The complaints I have about the property is the elevator takes to long and the tub has a slow drain. As you take a shower the water rises to your ankle.

À proximité de la plage et du terminal de croisière (parfait pour une ou 2 nuits en attendant le bateau de croisière et pouvoir profiter de la plage). Nous sommes arrivés après 22:00. Nous avons reçu nos codes d’accès la journée même en après-midi. Pas de frais supplémentaires car nous arrivons plus tard que 22:00. Déjeuner simple mais tout y est. On peut avoir omelettes / œufs, yogourt, jus d’oranges, pain, café, fruits. Très propre!

Accès aux codes d’entrée un peu tard dans la journée car nous étions déjà partis en avion. J’aurais aimé les avoir la veille.

Breakfast was a basic one (continental) but OK to start your day. Staff was really helpful in assisting in any way possible for any requirements we needed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops.

Room was not that comfortable, even though it was a queen bed, the middle section of the bed felt like it was going to swallow you. Also, room and bathroom were not clean enough and all amenities described in the description of the hotel were not available at ones, bur upon request. We arrived before 9pm and the main gate was closed, since it does NOT have a 24hrs front desk, and if you get there later than 10pm, they will charge you with a late check-in fee. This was not commented in the description, which would help us decide another place to stay in case we got there later.
