Staff was friendly

The breakfast was cold. There was no food on the bar for people to eat. Only saw 1 person working and things was running out. Need 2 waffle maker. Beds was hard

There’s nothing not to like

When I found a issue with my room it waas immediately corrected. It was in a good location with access to many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. There was a full breakfast bar with hot and cold meals prepared.

The first assignment room had an odor however I was moved to a fresher room. However that morning another guest was smoking in their room and I started smelling it in my room.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The foyer and public bathroom was clean and welcoming. We were able to check in 45 minutes early without much fuss. The guy that checked us in was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. We ended up checking out a day early and were surprisingly refunded that day after being told it would not happen by the front desk since we booked using Booking.com.

We were given a dirty room when we checked in. My husband found a cleaning lady to show and she confirmed it had not been cleaned. A manager communicated with the front desk and we were moved to another room quickly. The tub in the room we were moved to was decent size but the shower curtain did nothing to keep the water from getting on the floor. The beds were not that comfy and made a lot of noise when moving around. There was a ton of noise from other rooms, running, yelling, doors slamming but that is not the fault of the hotel. We talked to 3 people at the front desk and 2 of them seemed to not know how the system really worked or what could and couldn't be done. The first guy when we checked in was the most knowledgeable, knowing how to change the key cards to different rooms and apologized for putting us in a room that had not been cleaned yet. The other 2 just seemed like we were annoying them with our presence.
