The staff was helpful and polite. They tried to resolve our main issue. Each one I dealt with was very nice. The people are 9/10.
The sheets on one of the beds were either stained or dirty. We asked for and received new ones. Changed them ourselves. Did not get clean pillowcases; fortunately there were plenty of pillows so I gave my friend two of mine. Window was dirty. AC was very loud. Fridge was in dire need of defrosting. Shower needs refinishing ; the floor is spotted and paint is peeling. And my fault for not realizing the hotel is 20 minutes or more from Savannah.
