Not our first trip using this hotel. The location is great. The room is always clean on arrival and are spacious enough for a couple.
The elevators weren't fully operational the last 2 times we stayed there within 6 months between the trips. Both times guests often had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes to be able to grab an elevator. Most of the times there was only 1 elevator working out of the 3, sometimes 2. Never seen the interior of the 3rd one! The staff isn't really helpful unless you want towels or a keycard.

Bed - comfortable. Room - clean. Bathroom - needs a fan!
The staff was courteous yet a bit cold, impersonal. The restaurant staff was very friendly and efficient.
location lacks coffee shops but easy access to the highway.

Friendly staff
It seemed like it was a holding hotel for immigrants, walking in with groceries, kids standing outside to get in a school bus, loitering around the lobby and parking lot.
