Great location for walking downtown St John’s,
Lovely view of a sunrise over Signal Hill.
Parking lot is across the main road, not a real dislike 🤔

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
Staff were warm and welcoming from the time we arrived until departure
The room temperature was difficult to set; sometimes too cold or too hot
Laundry facilities are limited and could improve with more machines

location
no parking available when I returned late in evening. was suggested by staff to park in back of hotel late at night. I did not appreciate that. eventually a solution was created as I was going to switch to another property
