Ramada by Wyndham Rochelle Park Near Paramus

I was only for an overnight stay and was happy that I was able to check out an hour later.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I hsd yo wipe down the toilet and sink area. Didn’t even want to shower. The bathroom should be updated.

The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It's near the garden state plaza mall. Location right next to the garden state pkway and other highways. Check in was good especially for a last minute booking.

The outlets on the side table lamps didn't work. I couldn't charge my phone. I'm a first responder my phone is my life or someone else's life. The shower water was luke warm. It ran for 10 minutes The sink water was warmer. I preferred a shower after a long 16 hours. The refrigerator didn't keep my food cold enough even though it was at the highest number of 6 on the dial. The lobby furniture needs a major update. It wasn't very welcoming or cozy area to walk into upon entry. The lighting in the parking lot could be better. Please repair the front automatic door. It's stuck in a partially open doorway. That's a major security issue.

Comfortable beds

Tile floors in the hallway means that noise in the hallway carries into the rooms. We were at the end of the hallway so it didn’t affect us much, but I could hear anybody that came down the hallway with their luggage during the night.

The beds were very comfortable.

The chair in the room was broken. And the exit door by arou was not closed, and therefore I did not feel safe.\n The breakfast service was poor there was only one person serving breakfast and there was a Full House.
