The staff and all the great communication. We were there for the Kelowna marathon - the location was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff at check in were super helpful and friendly in suggesting local places to eat and wineries to visit.
Room was comfortable
We faced the main road but traffic noise was not as bad as some had said and didn't bother us. ear plugs were provided which we didn't need.
Really nit picking- the bathroom is very small and its a tight squeeze to stand in the bathroom and close the door.

The pet friendly room was so well prepared, and we really appreciated the considerate touches.
Nothing comes to mind d. We only stayed for one night, and we're very happy with our experience.

A few things I noticed, the patio door would not open, the shower water pressure was quite poor, the baseboard heater was creaking all night, the bed creaked. the main room door wasn't well fitting and so light and noise could enter from hallway. Parking is not free, which I find odd in 2026.
