Enormous room, it was basically an apartment. Very equipped kitchen, easy to go to market and buy groceries to cook on your own, also had big living room and spacious bathroom and bedroom. We unfortunately didn't use much of the hotel's space, but we sure recommend. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable, the complimentary parking was a plus and still was very close to downtown.
Nothing to mention, but we only stayed one night.

Everything was great about this place, the lady on the front desk was lovely, location fantastic for a walk in to town and to all the local attractions. Much better than Banff.
Hot tub could have been a little more powerful jet but that’s being picky. The aircon was noisy and did trip the lights so had to turn off which left the room hot.

The room size and layout was great, and the location was excellent for us. The outdoor hot tubs were so relaxing and the underground parking was very convenient for us.
The beds were very stiff and our room was freezing the whole time we were there. We set the thermostat to 22 but it never got above 17 degrees, and dropped even lower at night. We had to ask for extra blankets as we only had thin sheets on the bed.

This hotel is fine. Did what we needed for our short stay.
Front desk clerks were not personable at all. We arrived early and I realize room wouldn't be ready but front desk clerk acted like we had done something wrong.
