The staff is very kind and the hotel is very clean. The airport is near and there are many shopping options.

The rooms were wonderful. Impressively modern, with little stations for bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, TV, luggage, desk. The lighting was effective, modern, and attractive. There were plenty of charging outlets--at the desk, by the bed, under the TV. Excellent shower and flush. Impeccably clean everywhere, including the bathroom. Soundproofing from the highway and from the interior corridors made for a restful stay. Wake-up call in the morning was on time. There was plentiful free parking.

Two of the main calling cards of the Holiday Inn--the beds and the full breakfasts--were both disappointing. The beds were noisy, creaking all night, though acceptably comfortable. The breakfast offered the expected variety, more or less, but the eggs were lukewarm at best and had been standing around too long. There was no bacon (the sausages were ok), and the bread choices were limited (no plain bagels, no white English muffins). Unfortunately, the seating in the dining area was also limited, and too closely crowded together, making it difficult to walk between tables carrying plates, and generally incentivizing a quick exit from the breakfast area. We've experienced better, both at other Holiday Inns and at other major hotel chains.

The asthetics seemed new. Like desks and bed frames and wall paper. The breakfast was nice.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets were loud and stiff. The heater was very loud and not efficient at heating the room.
