Location was great but would be hard to walk around if you have mobility problems

Kept family members together in a home-like atmosphere. In a beautiful location.
I appreciate grab bars in the bathroom. Two bathrooms only had one handicap bar between them.

The suite was very convenient for getting to and from Zozobra.
I didn't feel welcome or comfortable using the guest laundry area. The tone and body language I was met with by a man named Hugo gave "What are you doing here?" Also, one of the staff picked up a pair of men's underwear from the floor near the washer I was using and added it to my load. I'm a woman traveling alone, it was disgusting and unsettling to find a pair of men's underwear mixed in with my clothes. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience that I spent $40 at a local laundromat when I needed to wash again.
