I came down here with a group of friends and we booked multiple rooms for Miami Carnival and we had a great experience. I even got to check in super early and it made the day and trip awesome.
The only thing is one of the TVs didn’t work, but we didn’t notify the front desk, but that was OK because there was a other TV that worked

Our room is very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast there at the hotel every morning and it was a wonderful breakfast. We loved the neighboring restaurants and gathering spaces. This is a perfect spot to stay at close to everything and the facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we will stay there again when we visit Fort Lauderdale.
My only concern was that check-in was at 4 PM. This is pretty late, especially for us because we had an event to be at before five. We arrived around two and had to wait two hours to get in our room. This is my only complaint.

I love the location and the restaurants in walking distance.
The room was very outdated. Old furniture only one charging station in the bedroom. I stayed here in 2023 and the room was updated and much better than this shabby room. Sheets had hair on them and pillows were FLAT!! The bed was uncomfortable.
