Easy to find and check in staff was great!
The continual breakfast had NO substitute for someone with a dairy allergy and the staff was not trained properly on allergies. They recommended a food that could literally kill a person in my party. They are not properly trained and had we not been aware a serious medical emergency could have happened.

Location. This hotel is right where we need it to be. Also, as repeat guests, the staff know us.
BRING BACK THE COTTON SHEETS11. Micro fiber sheets last longer. I get the economic benefit of that. However, the experience of sleeping on them is like sleeping in a garbage bag. The sheets are made of plastic. They are hot. They don't breathe. I don't care about anything else. If you can't sleep well in a hotel, nothing else matters.
