Property was in a great location. Well maintained, staff was on tip of everything. Hot and cold breakfast included was really nice too

Facilities were clean, and the pool looked nice. Shampoo, conditioner, etc., were nice in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent.
Adding $50 to the room price as a "deposit"; I have never run into that before. Just be aware. The bathroom door wouldn't close/latch, and the tissue box was nearly empty, with just a few tissues shoved in the top. The water pressure was horrible (or the shower head wasn't adjusting properly). It was not a refreshing shower. Some of the lumpy pillows weren't even worth putting on the bed. The mattress could use updating, but that was minimal. Decaf coffee was lukewarm. I wish the pools opened earlier so people could take a dip before they left. 9 am is a bit late for someone with someplace to go.
