Front desk and restaurant staff were great. Very helpful and welcoming.
We were in room 301- my friend slept against the wall and bumped into the picture several times overnight. I would just suggest moving that pic that is right over the bed. Otherwise the room was great

The staff was so welcoming and when we checked in they gave us each a wonderful chocolate chip cookie. Yum! The room was also very nice and it was very quiet and peaceful on the 7th floor. We had a beautiful view of the city.
The mattress and pillows were very lumpy. It was dark when we arrived and didn't know where to park. Signage for that might help.

Breakfast was good, room was okay, Handle on outside shower door was broken, kept falling down when it was touched.
The beds were fine.
Breakfast crew seemed to be understaffed; they did the best they could. The Pool was dirty had black stuff floating on top of the water. Too crowded to get in shallow end & deep end was dirty so just went back to room. Bathrooms in pool area were not clean. The parking was an issue this time. So, with saying all this we may look elsewhere on our next & often visits to Canton.
