It was in a central location.
Our room was older, had a slanted floor and the sink was slow to drain, which I did report. I wish the bathroom was larger, as big as the suite is the bathroom was just cramped.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it smell good. The area was clean all around the building and everything seem maintained. We will be back when we return to that area.
Just keep doing what you’re doing, because most hotel are getting away from the past days of great customer service. And in most places the staff seem to hate their job. But your staff was great and very polite.

I like that the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to the best of their ability. The location is convenient to a few food places and stores. Very smooth check in process.
The overall facility is a little dated. The carpet in the rooms need to be cleaned. There are water stains/grime on the walls in the bathroom, loose faucets, rust, and an old smell. The elevators are dated but they get you there.
