Loved how accessible it was and central to altogether areas I wondered around at
I was loudly misgendered by one of the older male waiters during breakfast… it caught several people’s attention when he tried to recover and over apologize, but it didn’t seem like he got a good look at me and automatically said it before realizing but that is my only complaint. Everyone else was beautiful.

The property was a great location and so

I have to say only complaint is the room we were in the toilet was so low to the ground like at a elementary school.

Spacious rooms that were comfortable and clean. Great views from our 11th floor room over Boston.
The fitness centre was great, and the staff were professional and accommodating.
Not situated in downtown and requires a metro to get there. There was an issue with the cistern when flushing that created a loud noise.

Location
The elevators weren’t working in the parking garage and there was only one working in the hotel and lines were really backed up
