The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked with cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, bagels, pastries, apples, bananas, make-your-own waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, and coffee and juice. A toaster and microwave were available. Not fancy, but very convenient for getting an early start. There was plenty of parking available,
There is very little soundproofing of the room doors. It is very easy to hear anyone coming or going down the hall or talking. Fortunately, the other guests were pretty quiet, so it was not bothersome.

The staff was nice and breakfast was hot.
The bathroom floor had hair left on it. That lead me to assume it had not been deep cleaned.
Room very close to the elevator so every time it opened we could hear it open and close.

I like that the property is located in Lombard, which is close to major malls and shopping and eating even within walking distance. It’s only about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.. The breakfast was a great option very clean and the staff was exceptional.
They were doing some renovations next to my room so it was a lot of dust coming in there. It wasn’t completely sold out so I don’t quite understand why they even had me staying in that room near there.

I like that the facility was 20 minutes from Chicago.
My sister suffered what appears to have been bed bugs bites during the visit. The bites caused significant discomfort and distress. It negatively affected what should have been an enjoyable trip.
She has pictures if they are needed.
