They served coffee a little earlier on marathon day which was really helpful!
Its a little far from downtown but the shuttle to the airport was always very punctual to take us where we could take the train to downtown

The staff and manager were super! The room was great. Breakfast was fine and the other guests were really nice as well!
But..... The visit started off horribly. When I got there the hotel did not have my reservation. In my opinion this was a Booking.com screwup. I originally had a reservation for 1 October, but then moved it to 8 October. In fact the hotel told me that their record showed I was a "no-show". I went to Booking.com to do that change well before the 1st of October and got a "confirmation" from Booking.com fo rthe new date, but the confirmation also said the hotel had not confirmed the change. When I followed up on that Booking.com told me to contact the hotel directly to do this. I contacted the Hampton and they told me they could not do that and that Booking.com needed to manage the requiested cheange. In a couple days I got a further conformation from Booking.com that all was OK for the 8th.
So when I couldn't get in on th emorning of the 8th I called Booking.com and pretty much sat on the phone for about 30 minutes and finally was able to get a room at the Hampton and went ahead and paid my way -- again. Therefore I would like to have a refund of my ~$250 that I paid when I reserved the room. Can I count on you for that credit to my cc?

The room was excellent, but the reading chair and the desk chair are so old and worn out. They’re very uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was fantastic.

Clean. Several lamps did not work. Cold air was entering room from under AC unit on wall.
Never informed by Staff there was a $30/day charge for parking at property. Complete "money grab". Completely unreasonable rate which would amount to almost 25% of the total rate for the room. Lost my future Business because of this rip off.
