We had a wonderful stay! The place felt very homey, cozy, and warm, which made it really easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect for exploring the Volcano area, and being so close was a big plus for us. We even went back to the area at night to see the stars and the volcano lookout, which was an amazing experience.
The hosts were absolutely wonderful - very kind, helpful, and responsive whenever we had a question. The place had everything we needed, including a nice TV, the amazing bathtub and overall it was a really comfortable and pleasant stay.
We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, clean, friendly staff close to everything great facilities
The only one thing were the pillows, flat as a pancake even sleeping with two together made no difference. I had to sleep with my airplane neck pillow for neck support

Reasonable location with excellent views
Arrived very early but was advised that could access room until 4 (which i understood and fine with that). Was contactacted after 4 to advise that key needed to be reprogrammed. Had to wait almost an hour for this to receive attention
