Hotel Dyrrah

Near to everything, close to the beach and shops. Pool is nice. You can easily book taxi to the airport (35€)

Beds are too hard. Breakfeast isnt good, poor selection. The streets are dirty and sometimes smell bad

Great hotel, pool area excellent, room excellent, staff friendly, breakfast excellent, room rate also included the cost of sunbeds on the beach was a nice surprise.

The only thing in an otherwise excellent hotel, was that the AC in the room could be more powerful, couldn't get the temp in the room below 24c.

The room was big, spacious and well thought out. The pool and pool area was great.

The staff were smoking inside the hotel, behind the bar while they were working. The breakfast was a basic level and the coffee machine that was offered with the breakfast was terrible.

All areas were spotlessly clean. The mattresses, pillows and lounger cushions were exceptionally comfortable. The bedroom was very spacious

The staff are young and poorly trained in customer service. Regrettably we had several encounters with members of staff where responses were aggressive and confrontational e.g when a waitress got our order wrong and made out it was our fault ; also when an item from our room went missing- a "mistake" by the cleaner apparently but which shouldn't have happened. One evening we wanted to choose from the Buffet rather than a la carte ,first to be told it was only for guests on "all inclusive " deal- wrong and then implying we didn't expect to pay for it. All smallish incidents but which added up to a less than enjoyable stay. A mature manager, with experience of working in environments/ countries where good customer service and relationships are taught and valued is what's needed here. Buffet breakfast could only be summed up as adequate
