The view of the park, proximity to shops and dining. The room was spacious and clean.
No microwave in the room. No extra blanket in the room. The EV charger in the parking garage is difficult to use. The instructions are complicated and require Internet access, which is weak in the garage.

Great location to Saturday market and within walking distance of great food and nightlife
A houseless person came into the lobby wearing soiled clothes and a sleeping bag dragging it behind her stinking up the entire lobby. Security is needed so they don't ever make it thru the doors. The whole lobby had to be disinfected and it took a long time to air out

There was no breakfast included. We were able to buy a breakfast from the restaurant located on the property, and have delivered. I believe it was approximately $25 for what my husband ordered. We also ordered a small pot of coffee for $14. Prices seemed high.
The hotel was on a large piece of property, including a restaurant. They seemed to be short of employees. We arrived on Fri and left on Sun. The same gentlemen was handling Shuttle services and valet parking on Fri. On Sat we received a phone msg that there would be no housekeeping services, due to the weather( heavy rain) ??? The rooms were extremely basic for the price...almost $200 per night. Very basic, but clean.
