Very helpful staff. The outside of the building is very 'tired' and we were concerned as we pulled up. But renovations were in progress and the rooms nicely renewed.
The carpet in our room was damp hopefully from cleanng, but had to kept shoes on.

Our room was freshly renovated and the beds were clean and comfy. The A/C was excellent, and staff was lovely.
The exterior of the hotel made me worry we had made a mistake. The continental breakfast had nothing available for people needing gluten-free and the food was also very unappetizing. The bathroom in our room could use a renovation and thorough cleaning - the tub surround was stained and streaky.

Central location, friendly staff.
Rooms were not clean, in particular the towels looked dirty.
