We had an ocean view room with a small balcony. It was wonderful to watch the ocean.
The staff was incredible and went out of their way to help with anything that they could.
The fact that the television in our room was difficult to get to work.

I loved the place. The location is great. The room is beautiful as well as the view from the room is outstanding. The breakfast was awesome with many options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool and room space. Also the service at the bar, the bartender was really nice and made some awesome drinks.
Rude attitude from Staff manager and also the fact we had to leave the facility to access the main building (resort): we had to cross roads full of cars - that is not mentioned anywhere in the booking.
We booked thinking we supposed to be on the Resort, but they send us to flat building.
