Hilton San Diego Mission Valley

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, SeaWorld, and nearby freeways. Parking was also hassle-free, with plenty of available spaces. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered an amazing variety of food, especially the delicious waffles! The breakfast staff was wonderful and made the experience even better.

The biggest concern was the overall comfort of our room. Although the room was very clean, the beds and pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The cooling system also struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room feeling stale and warm throughout our stay. Additionally, the bathroom door was difficult to close and would not lock properly. We chose not to report these issues during our stay because we didn’t want to inconvenience our family with the possibility of having to move rooms. While we enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, the uncomfortable beds and inadequate cooling would unfortunately prevent us from choosing this location again.

Perfect location. Only 15 minutes from the airport

This property is at least 40 years old, no keycard needed for elevator access, cracks in a few tiles in the bathroom, cracks in the porcelain sink, many coats of paint on the door frames. Carpet and room furnishings are in good condition.

I didn't like anything

Not a good hotel like Hilton... I felt not a Hilton.
