This hotel is very well located in the northern end of Revelstoke. Check in was smooth although it did take longer than expected. We appreciated the room being close to the courtyard and parking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean (see below for more)
We didn't know that the remote control for the TV was missing and we couldn't turn the tv off. That first night, the green glow of the TV kept us up. However, they fixed the problem right away. When we got back to the room that afternoon, two remotes were sitting there side by side. The toilet was slow to flush when we got there. By the end of the day, it was no longer flushing. We called it in, and almost immediately, a nice young man came by with a plunger and fixed the problem.

Manque flagrant d’entretien et rapport qualité-prix très dispendieux pour ce que c’était. On prix payé on s’attendait à mieux.
