Perfect location in Waikiki for the beach, shopping, and dining. Custom made eggs over easy or omelettes at the breakfast buffet every morning. Many juice, fresh fruit, and bread options at breakfast too. Bacon and potatoes served every morning too. Wonderful sunset happy hour by the pool each evening with many choices of complimentary drinks and snacks. Everyone working here is so friendly and helpful. You really feel the Aloha spirit at this hotel.
One very minor complaint: the coffee at the breakfast buffet was very weak and did not taste good. Not a big issue because we just brought the coffee we made using our room’s coffee maker to the breakfast each morning instead. The coffee provided in our room was delicious.

Close proximity to lots of things, does include breakfast, staff was friendly, provided a water refill station
Beds were uncomfortable, water never got hot in the shower it was lukewarm at best, shower towels were thin, power went out and stayed out for what felt like a couple of minutes before coming back on
