Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum

Unfortunately, though the breakfast (for the most part) was good. I ate some sausage that I really didn't like the taste. I ate a couple of bites. Sure enough I had stomach issues the entire day. It was the first time I'd ever had an issue with any of the food from an Embassy Suites Hotel.

Breakfast area was very, very busy. Not much room for people to sit between the 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM time slot. So we had to wait for people to finish and leave so we could sit and enjoy our breakfast together. The sausage was not good. It cause a case of indigestion for me and my family all day. There were also some loud guests on the bottom floor and we could hear all of their noise from 3rd floor while we were trying to fall asleep at about 11:30 PM. I noticed that there was about a 1 inch gap at the door allowing most of the noise to enter our room so I had to put some towels at the bottom to help block out unwelcome noise.

The staff was good and helpful

We’ve stayed at this property before and liked it. They did not charge for parking before and now they do and there’s no reason for that. There’s plenty of parking spaces and it’s not downtown. It’s one thing they need to get rid of rethink. It just seems like they’re trying to get more money very disappointing and embassy suites

Great Customer Service

Our room wasn't cold enough, although we lower the temp to 67° and our room didn't get cold.

The staff was very kind and hospitable.

The room felt very grimy and dirty. The red chair was stained and too gross to sit on. I covered it with an extra sheet so we could sit on it.
