That the accessible chair into the hot tub wasn’t working properly. My disabled daughter couldn’t get into the water. I called ahead of time and was told twice that it was working.

The location was great,situated downtown. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved that the breakfast started at 6. On-site parking was convenient.

Welcoming and safe, rooms are a good size, clean, friendly staff and a very large and bright breakfast area on floor 2.

The staff, the location.
The bathrooms are dated. Mildew/mold in multiple bathrooms that I checked. Bathrooms should always be very clean but this was a maintenance issue. The bathrooms caulking was peeling and there was black mildew on multiple places. I asked for another room which staff quickly agreed to but I had to check multiple rooms in order to find a bathroom with the least amount. For the cost of a night I don’t feel I should have to feel uncomfortable using the shower. The price adjustment was not offered to me either
