The lady that greeted me to help with my booking was so kind and amazing.
My sister and I just lost our mother.
I wanted to take her downtown and both of us decompress
I love the city and go to Christian
concerts alone.
My sister would be uncomfortable in the city and I love spending time there
I always had to enjoy everything alone.
So she was able to see Cleveland through my eyes She loved it.
And Cleveland is beautiful at night
We don’t have money to stay in your hotel.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room. Location was perfect. Walked to waterfront pier and R&R Hall of Fame.

Staff was nice...except for valet people. Room was clean. Location was great.
Ran out of coffee and had to wait on more both days. Please stop serving polish sausage and turkey sausage for breakfast😒 Valet was a joke! Had only 3 spaces to pull off the street. We actually left, had lunch, and came back, believing we were just getting there at a busy time...3:30 Still had to double park on the street to unload. Valet told us that we were making the hotel look bad to do that but what were we supposed to do? Had to help a maid untangle sheets because laundry left them in a huge bin unfolded. They have a hard enough job without having to do the laundries job too. Never saw the bar open.
