Well equipped kitchen. Nice cold fridge. Loved the balcony.
Next to elevator( and the one closest to apartment was not working so I imagine the noise and vibration would have been more, I have stayed many times at the Alpenglow and glad they were repairing the elevator’s overall! Suite faced pool area which was under heavy construction, glad nothing was happening during my stay. It will be beautiful for next summer!

Quiet yet very close to everything you might need. Amazing! Will go there again!

Room itself was great, had air conditioning, a balcony, was well equipped and very pleasant.
Location was perfect, a five minute wander into the main town, and near to places that serve food, but not right in the middle of the louder bits of town.
Staff did what they had to, but looked like we were an inconvenience.
Rest of the hotel looked tired - only one lift was working and the stairs were more of a fire exit (concrete, very enclosed and had a musty smell). The parking lot was underground, smelt terrible and looked like it was falling apart. Also couldn’t find the stairs from there so had to take the one lift, which meant quite a wait sometimes.
