room was spacious and accommodating. more than enough room for the 4 of us. appreciated the kitchenette. the shower was clean and had good water pressure. appreciated the guest laundry facilities.
during our 4 night stay, housekeeping only visited twice. the first visit everything was excellent. beds made, coffee refilled, facial & toilet tissue refilled, and towels refreshed. however they didn't visit us on the second day and I had to visit the front desk for more towels. the third day they did visit - the beds weren't made - the comforters were just thrown on top without being tucked in. the facial and toilet tissue and bathroom items like bar soap weren't refilled and with 4 of us we needed those items our floor also wasn't vacuumed the entirety of our stay. the skylight-like window in our room was also nice, however an option to shade it would be appreciated. the lights from the cars passing by in the night and the sun rising in the early morning did interrupt our sleep.
