The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities such as the swimming pool and slides were commendable. The rooms were well-maintained and sanitary, and the breakfast offered was excellent. Overall, the stay was highly satisfactory. This hotel is recommended for travelers seeking a joyful experience, whether with family or alone. We all look forward to returning on our next trip to the same establishment.
The room lock system has been causing issues. We activated it two or three times, and the customer service representative apologized for the inconvenience, mentioning that it has been bothering them as well.

I liked the room and the swimming pool. The breakfast was ok and it was very nice that there was a pool table in the common room.
Hot tub switch wasn’t working properly and didn’t see any cleaning done at the pool.

My room I had needs new mattresses, or memory foam covers, the mattresses in my room are completely worn out, i only got average 3 hours toss and turn hours of sleep all 3 nights stayed, the nerve in my hips hurt badly, ended up sleeping in the room chair
