Coffee and Happy Hour snacks and drinks.
We have been coming to this location for about 5 years. The hotel is definitely beginning to show its age. Updates to carpet etc are needed.

The overall experience completely surprised me and those who traveled with me. I have recommended that my organization use this hotel for all of our lodging needs when we travel to Indianapolis. Simply impressive!
Honestly, I would've liked to have checked in earlier. Traveling from Chicago, I arrived in the afternoon and couldn't find much to do until 4. Maybe 2 or 3 would have been more satisfying.

The room was clean . Breakfast was amazing, the view from the room was beautiful.
Long wait in the elevator

the staff that we did speak to were very nice and helpful
our room wasn’t very clean. when we walked in my kids found ball put balls everywhere and nerd dart guns. It just seemed like they came in put new bedding on and left. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty as well. The towel hook in the bathroom was one turn away from coming out of the wall and anytime you hit it drywall or plaster would fall out. just didn’t seem worth the money we paid
