Location is on Red Mountain resort itself, although it’s not ski-in / ski-out: you do have to walk 5 minutes to the Day Lodge and lifts. Red Shutter Cabin is unique, an awesome, adventurous place to stay. The BBQ is right outside the front door and the private hot tub is a very short walk to a covered platform over the sauna! The wood stove inside made it a truly memorable and romantic stay. The main king sized bed was comfortable and cosy, upstairs above the main room.
The main drawback is the four ring electric stove and oven is in a separate small area at the rear of the main dining / lounge.

Our greeting from Red the cat was the best! This certainly kicked off a great few days. We got a text from the staff before we arrived and they were ready for our arrival at 7pm. The cabin is well stocked and has nice comfy furniture and stayed warm for those cold nights. We can't wait to come back and stay again.
